What will I learn in the Primordial Sound Meditation Program?
Primordial Sound Meditation is easily learned in four short sessions.
Session One (Approx 60 minutes)
Lou will introduce you to the basic principles of meditation; it’s history and the importance of your mantra.
Session Two (Approx 60 minutes)
You will receive personal instruction in your Primordial Sound mantra (calculated on your date, place and time of birth) and learn how to use it. You will try meditation for the first time using your Primordial Sound mantra.
Session Three (Approx 60 minutes)
You will learn the practical aspects of meditation, share your experience, receive answers to any questions, and meditate with your instructor.
Session Four (Approx 60 minutes)
You will learn about the higher states of consciousness that can be achieved with regular Primordial Sound Meditation practice. Your instructor, Lou, will share Deepak Chopra’s vision of these higher states.
Primordial Sound Meditation is recommended for anyone who wishes to enjoy deeper peace, greater freedom and mastery of life.
You will also receive the opportunity to contact Lou via email following the program with any relevant questions that may arise.
Each class is personalised, interactive and relaxed, giving lots of opportunity for questions.
Primordial Sound Meditation
Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial Sounds—the basic, most essential sounds of nature—are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.

Lou also runs a meditation program both for groups (please contact to arrange) and 1:1 which includes learning your personal mantra. Once your Primordial Sound mantra has been determined, you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquillity and compassion within. Lou is a Chopra Centre Certified Instructor and will help you to integrate this practice into your daily routine.
